Canadian Parents Warned About the Bleeding Obvious

In a startling revelation, the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission have warned parents in the Canadian province that buying their children lottery tickets as a Christmas present is inappropriate.

The Commission warns that the gifts could encourage problem gambling in later life and is launching an advertising campaign to promote the message in the lead up to Yuletide.

Lottery tickets not a great present for a child? Elsa will just have to make do with the packet of woodbines and machete that we’ve bought her instead.
