Jason King shot to fame as half as radio duo JK and Joel, presenting breakfast shows on Viking FM in Hull and Key 103 in Manchester, before joining Radio 1 and hosting the Official Chart Show between 2005 and 2007. They also presented CBBC show Hider in the House.
Jason now hosts the drivetime and weekend breakfast shows on Heart 106.2 in London and is the co-founder of Dad Channel, which launches on Monday 16th November and presents a team of dad vloggers (including me), offering “a real, honest and fresh perspective on parenting from dads with different experiences who all share their unique take on parenting”.

Most embarrassing Dad moment so far?
Farting in pizza express (not me, Noah).
Best thing about fatherhood?
The overwhelming feeling of love. I didn’t know it was possible to love something so much.
What does he think about what you do for a living?
He’s 9 months so doesn’t know or care which I imagine it will be like in 9 years as well.
Music that you’re desperate for him to love?
Franki Valli and the Four Seasons.
Daddy/Child film of choice?
The Incredibles and Cars.
What trait have you passed on (on purpose or not)?
My grumpy face.
Best way to avert a tantrum?
Fake sneeze and jump up and down.
Best fatherhood advice you were given?
Things always change, don’t get complacent with parenting.
One piece of advice to pass on to child?
Be happy and get a job that you love because you work a bloody long time!
