The Bewildered Family Guide to Yorkshire started as a collection of videos I make with my kids, exploring the weird and wonderful things you can get up to with the family in this great county. Bewildered Dad Live in Ilkley
The Ilkley show was part of the Ilkley Literature Festival Fringe and was a free event at the Ilkley Playhouse. Ilkley is the nearest town to where I live, so I was hugely excited about getting on stage.:
The show featured some clips from the previous family guides, along with new videos and a fun look at why Yorkshire is so good for families. It was part stand-up comedy, part episode of Wish You Were Here, and part game show, with audience members winning prizes on the night.
Obviously because it was a late show, Elsa and Seth were tucked up in bed, but they were present in video form.
More Bewildered Family Guide to Yorkshire Live Dates
I haven’t yet booked any other Bewildered Family Guide to Yorkshire Live in, but I hope to perform the show around the county.
