We’ve all done it – in an effort to keep the baby from screaming the house down while being bathed/taken out of the bath, clothed/declothed, fed/not fed depending on their whim – you sing at them in a funny voice.
Babies like us to feel uncomfortable, to leave us open to ridicule. The only thing that settles some infants is if their father is making as much of a tool of himself as possible.
However one dad thought he was safe. He was entertaining his young son in the bath with a high pitched, Elmer Fudd voiced song. It was in the privacy of his own home, what could go wrong? His wife could have a camera phone, that’s what. Oh dear.
